Sanko Petrokimya Golovasi Port Facilities Phase-3 Wharf Construction

At SANKO Golovası Port Facilities in the District of Yumurtalik of the Province of Adana, in order to increase the capacity of the load wharf, which is used currently, the length of the wharf has been extended by 359 m in total, 53.75 m of which has been extended in the direction of the current wharf, and then 305.25 m of which has been extended in the southwest direction by rotating by angle. The area of wharf constructed is 8750 square meters. The project has been designed by using 27 steel pipe piles with a diameter of 44” and with a wall thickness of 16 mm and with a length of 62 m as well as 245 vertical piles with a diameter of 48” and with a height of 62 m and with a wall thickness of 18 mm. Under the project, approximately 10.000 tons of steel pipe manipulation (assembly, joint ring, pile end reinforcement ring, lifting eye welds has been performed, and they have been made ready for nailing by floating the same in the sea), and 13500 m3 of concrete casting, and 3700 m3 ıf precast beam and precast flooring manufacturing and assembly, and 2500 tons of iron installation has been performed.
