Sanko Holding Administrative Building

The Holding Building project, which is designed to be constructed in Erikce Location of Gaziantep Province, is designed to relocate the head office located in Gazikent to this area. The administrative building consists of 2 blocks with a gross usage area of 34,000 m2 and a construction area of 19,300 m2. The last two floors of both blocks are supported by composite steel slabs. Main stairs and fire escapes are also designed as steel system. In the interior, many different constructions such as wood, marble, raised flooring, vinyl-tile-ceramic coating, carpet tiles, smart glass film covered separator glass partitions were constructed.
The administrative building is the first LEED certified office building in Gaziantep.  The project utilizes 100% renewable energy and is constructed in accordance with high acoustic and air quality standards. 
Within the scope of the project, 23,500 m3 of concrete, 3,200 tons of rebars, 1,200 m2 of glass, 3,600 m2 of roofing and 600 tons of steel were used.
