Akyel 1 and Akyel 2 Wind Power Plant Hybrid Solar Energy Power Plant (GES) Project

It consists of the work for installation of the Solar Energy Power Plant (GES) with renewable energy source on a total of 750000 m2 of land in a manner to be 40 MW for Akyel-1 and 10 MW for Akyel-2 in order to establish an ancillary source on the Akyel 1 and Akyel 2 Wind Power Plants, situated at the Locality of Guldere Village of the Province of Karaman, as owned by Sanko Enerji San.ve Tic. A.S.. The design, supply and site installation works have been initiated under the project, and the first phase (10MW) is expected to be completed in August 2022, while the second phase (40MW) is expected to be completed in April 2023. A total of 93,500 bifacial light-transmitting panels will be used in the facility, and it is planned to generate an annual energy of 90 million kWh approximately.
