Within the 1,000 m² closed area, the loft concept was determined and the project was implemented by revising the walls, mezzanine, WC, floor and air conditioning of the existing cotton warehouse. 3,800 meters of exterior facade was covered with boardex area, creating a fabric pattern effect.
