POY Facility Construction

It is a thread production facility constructed by SANKO Tekstil Isletmeleri ISKO Branch in 2020, upon adoption of an investment decision, in order to produce spun thread in the district of Inegol of the province of Bursa. The total construction area of the facility is 10667 m2. It is designed to have an annual production capacity of 23,760 tons upon completion of the construction. The construction floor space is approximately 3125 m2, and it has been constructed as a reinforced concrete structure consisting of 4 floors with a height of 22 m. Due to the machine layout, the floor heights have been constructed differently from each other. The ground improvement have been performed by manufacturing 20280 mt of poles through the Jet Grout method, and 2368 m3 of excavation, 4361 m2 of facing work, 8306 m3 of concrete, and 990 tons of steel have been manufactured.
