e-COMPANY is an electronic platform where the content that will be announced on the website is uploaded to the pages of the companies designated for them with secure electronic signature and time stamp in accordance with the Article 1524 of the Turkish Commercial Code, the uploaded content is kept in a secure environment, the content is made available for access and securely archived.

In this way, Poligon Construction will be able to meet the obligation of publishing the announcements that are required by law following the trade registration and the launching of the website as stated in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
